Garlic Gravy for Nachos

Super Bowl Delicious Trifecta, Part 3

Lauren's review: Not enough "gravy" for a whole bag of chips but amazingly delicious.
Matt's review: I liked them a lot.
Final decision: The third keeper of the evening!

I can not remember where this recipe came from but it is good. I would have liked a little more details/directions but I made it work!

Garlic Gravy for Nachos

Ingredients

8 cloves garlic
4-5 T EVOO
2 T balsamic vinegar
2 T lemon juice
1 T soy sauce
1/2 t sugar
1/2 t cumin
4 T water
1 T corn starch

Slice garlic thin and saute until browned in EVOO. Add balsamic vinegar and whisk. Add lemon juice, soy sauce, sugar and cumin. In a bowl combine 4 T water with 1 T corn starch. Add to garlic mixture and whisk. Pour over nacho chips. Add cheese and bake.
