Honey Chicken

Wednesday's dinner.

Lauren's review: An easy recipe but not as flavorful as I like. I thought it was a little boring.
Matt's review: I don't like oranges.
Final decision: Trash.

Honey Chicken from Allrecipes.

1/2 c. and 2T orange juice
1 T fresh lemon juice
2 T olive oil
1/4c honey
1/2 t salt
1/4 t ground black pepper
1/2 t curry powder
1/4 t paprika
2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

To Marinate: Ina nonporous glass dish or bowl, combine the orange juice, lemon juice, oil, honey, salt, pepper, curry powder and paprika. Mix well, then add chicken breasts and toss to coat. Cover dish and refrigerate to marinate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Remove chicken from marinade, discarding any remaining marinade, and place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake at 350F for about 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
